JOOUST was granted University charter on 13^th February, 2013. The main campus is situated 2 kilometers from Bondo Town along Bondo-Usenge Road within Siaya County, Kenya. The University is accessible directly by road, water and air. It is located 70 kilometers west of Kisumu City.
